17OCT2009 - Urbanathlon: C.STAR's founder, GySgt Edward Schrank, will run the 2009 Men's Health Urbanathlon. This unique race features 11.76 total miles of running plus these integrated obstacles:
1. A stutter step tire drill
2. A wall of monster truck tires to climb
3. Taxi hurdles (think Dukes of Hazzard or Magnum P.I. across the hood)
4. Monkey bars built out of truck frames
5. Marine Hurdles
6. The Soldier Field Stair Climb
